About the Role
We're seeking a talented Finance Associate to join our Shared Service Centre in Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial data. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will help drive business decisions and support our global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and present timely and accurate financial data.
- Post general ledger journal entries and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
- Contribute to the month-end close process and ensure financial data meets accounting requirements.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a corporate finance function, preferably with exposure to enterprise resource planning software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
