Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team at Skilled Careers Ltd. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for carrying out reactive maintenance within tenanted properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out plastering work to a high standard
  • Using a PDA to manage tasks and communicate with tenants and planners
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication skills

Requirements:

  • Experience in social housing maintenance
  • Plastering qualification
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Own tools

This is a temp to perm role, offering a permanent contract after 12 weeks of work. The rate of pay is £20 per hour, with a take-home pay of £664 a week based on a 42.5 hour week.
