About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Child Development Officer. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our organisation, working closely with our Board of Directors and schools to develop innovative partnerships and build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of organisational development, with experience in partnership and networking. They will be responsible for identifying and facilitating projects to improve outcomes for children and increase capacity within the trust.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and the successful applicant will be required to obtain an enhanced Certificate of Disclosure from the DBS and undergo other recruitment checks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organisational development strategies to improve outcomes for children and increase capacity within the trust
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including schools, community groups and external partners
  • Identify and facilitate projects to improve outcomes for children and increase capacity within the trust
  • Work closely with the Board of Directors and schools to develop innovative partnerships and build collaborative relationships
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of organisational development, with experience in partnership and networking
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
