Tax Valuations Director

Apollo Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Valuations Director to lead and grow our valuation team.
You will be responsible for developing and building long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including tax authorities and other business partners. As a senior member of our team, you will manage a portfolio of engagements and ensure timely completion and quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including tax authorities and other business partners.
- Manage a portfolio of engagements and ensure timely completion and quality delivery.
- Support the Partner with project work, build excellent relationships, and initiate and deliver marketing and business development projects.
- Deliver comprehensive technical valuation analyses for tax advice purposes.
- Effectively manage your team during engagements and ensure they are developed, providing coaching.
Requirements:
- A professional qualification, such as ACA, CTA, or ATT.
- Significant valuation experience at a senior level gained within professional services.
- Proficiency in a number of valuation techniques, including discounted cash flow, multiples analysis, options and other derivatives pricing, intangible asset valuation techniques.
- Adept interpreting financial statements in the context of valuations.
- Strong business writing, analytical, and Excel modeling skills.
- A proven track record in leadership, of managing and developing teams.
- Effective communication skills, who builds trust and respect amongst senior leadership team.
- Commercial acumen with an understanding of the internal and external drivers of value for a given asset.
