Cloud Platform Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Platform Manager to lead our cloud infrastructure team and drive innovation across the organization. As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will be responsible for aligning our cloud platform with our technical roadmaps and driving strategic initiatives to improve our cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with senior management, architecture team, and stakeholders to develop and execute quarterly plans for the cloud platform team.
- Lead and manage a team of cloud engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching to ensure the success of the team.
- Work closely with software engineering teams to understand infrastructure requirements and drive cloud infrastructure proof-of-concepts.
- Collaborate with architects on rolling out new concepts and technologies to improve our cloud infrastructure.
- Monitor team performance, set goals, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback to ensure the team is meeting its objectives.
- Work with the Chief Architect to identify and address team challenges and implement solutions to improve our cloud infrastructure.
- Foster a culture of high cooperation, learning, and innovation within the team.
- Advocate for Agile development practices and stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure our cloud infrastructure is aligned with best practices.
- Promote a culture of continual improvement and excellence within the team.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
- Demonstrate leadership and management skills, motivating and guiding a team of software professionals to achieve their full potential.
- Good understanding of software architecture and cloud infrastructure.
- Proficient in Agile development methodologies and Continuous Delivery best practices.
- Understanding of security requirements for handling sensitive information and ability to ensure compliance with industry standards.
