About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Home Manager to join our team at Appoint Group. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our residential care home, ensuring that we provide high-quality care and services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and services to residents.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
- Ensure that the care home is run in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Manage the care home's budget and resources to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the care home's strategic plan.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing a care home, with a strong track record of success in delivering high-quality care and achieving good CQC ratings.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the regulatory framework.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, resource management, and cost control.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
- Recognised qualification in health and social care.
