Job Description

We are seeking a commercial Chief Financial Officer to join our Board and work closely with the CEO to execute and deliver the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational finance, experience in supporting a business through organic and inorganic expansion, and preparation for a future sale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the finance function and drive strategic planning, financial management, and risk management
  • Collaborate with the Executive Board to contribute to business growth and transformation
  • Manage and lead a finance team to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business expansion and M&A activities
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant or similar qualification
  • Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or similar senior role in a multi-site organization
  • Experience operating in a privately owned/family business environment with a history of transformation
  • Extensive experience in financial management, strategic planning, and risk management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a finance team and contribute to the Executive Board
  • Experience with M&A and preparing companies for sale is highly desirable
