Your Day-to-Day:

  • Collaborate closely with fellow developers to design, build, and maintain robust software solutions.
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of our development processes and workflows, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams across the organization to identify opportunities for process optimization and new service development.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather user requirements, translate them into clear user stories, and ensure alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Develop, test, and maintain code for a variety of platforms (web, mobile, desktop) adhering to established coding standards within an agile framework.
  • Participate in peer reviews of solution designs and code, fostering knowledge sharing and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to uphold rigorous standards and continuously improve software quality.
  • Provide expert technical support to business users, resolving complex issues and ensuring smooth operation.
  • Embrace new technologies and adapt quickly to evolving development landscapes.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their growth and development.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Proficiency in Node.js/Express, React, SQL (MSSQL, MySQL), NoSQL databases (Mongo/CouchDB), GraphQL, Docker, Jira, and Git.
  • Experience working within an Agile Scrum team environment.
  • In-depth understanding of web services protocols (REST, HTTPS, Web Sockets).
  • Strong API design skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies.
