About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and problem-solving UX Designer to contribute to a meaningful cause. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting seamless digital experiences that meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design intuitive and user-centered digital solutions with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in UX Design.
  2. Proficiency in industry-standard UX design tools, such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
  3. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and processes, including wireframing, prototyping, and iterative design.
  4. A strong, comprehensive portfolio showcasing your UX design work, demonstrating user-focused design approaches, methodologies, and outcomes.
  5. Knowledge and experience in designing for usability and accessibility, including familiarity with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
  6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
  7. Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate collaboration with development teams.
  8. A meticulous approach to design, ensuring consistency and high standards across all digital platforms.
  9. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, responding effectively to shifting priorities.
  10. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies and experience working in iterative development environments (Desirable but not essential).
