As a key member of our Product Integrity team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team that assesses the safety of products during Innovation and New Product Development (NPD) and throughout their lifecycle.

Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining safety frameworks that efficiently support both in-house and supplier development routes. You will also be responsible for applying additional assessments where novel ingredients, products or safety signals require, with recommendations to the business.

As a Senior Safety Manager, you will use your experience and lead the team in continuously translating scientific insights into consumer relevant product improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and develop a team responsible for safety activities during Innovation and NPD, final safety assessment, and ensuring products on the market are safe throughout their lifecycle.
* Maintain a robust and relevant ongoing Safety QMS.
* Build scientific expertise in safety fields and technologies, driving continuous improvement of products and protecting brands and business.
* Drive competitive advantage through the application of safety expertise in our products.
* Train technical and commercial teams on basic safety knowledge to ensure awareness of the importance of safety for customer protection.
