About the Role

Fawkes & Reece (North) is seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing tasks while serving as the main contact point for the client and the Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery: Ensure the work programme is delivered to the client on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure all works are carried out safely in accordance with our SHE Management system and that they do not pose a danger to workers, sub-contractors, site visitors, or members of the public.
  • Site Management: Manage all sub-contractors and site visitors, ensuring their safety during works.
  • Training and Development: Deliver Toolbox talk training sessions and complete associated paperwork.
Requirements
  • CSCS Supervisor Card
  • SSSTS/SMSTS
  • NRSWA Accreditation
  • CPCS training in Excavators/Dumpers/Rollers and/or HIAB
  • Experience in Drainage/Earthworks/Road Construction
  • Conversant with CDM/Principal Contractor duties
  • ITP Quality Checks
  • CAT & Genny
  • First Aid Certification
  • Good IT skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
