Management Accountant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our team at Kennedy Pearce Consulting in Lewes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a real impact and play a key role in shaping the financial success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Reporting: Prepare management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to provide valuable insights to our senior leadership team.
  2. Fixed Asset Management: Manage and maintain fixed asset journals while monitoring asset projects for accurate reporting.
  3. Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  4. Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Reconcile balance sheet accounts and work closely with our Finance Director to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  5. Financial Policy Development: Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of financial policies that support our company's growth.
