About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and IMS Manager to join our team at ERIKS. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining business Management systems (BMS) that meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement BMS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the effectiveness of our BMS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Provide training and support to employees on BMS-related matters.
