Job Summary

Job Heron is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our team at a luxurious residential building in a prestigious location. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for creating and delivering personalized training programs for residents, providing ongoing fitness training and advice, and maintaining a safe and clean fitness environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personalized Training Programs: Design and deliver customized Pilates programs for residents, taking into account their fitness goals and needs.
  • Ongoing Fitness Support: Provide regular fitness training and advice to residents, helping them to achieve their health and wellness goals.
  • Program Monitoring and Feedback: Track residents' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their fitness.
  • Wellness Advice: Offer guidance on healthy eating and lifestyle habits to support residents' overall well-being.
  • Group Fitness Classes: Lead Pilates classes and workshops for residents, promoting a sense of community and camaraderie.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all fitness equipment is clean, well-maintained, and safe for use.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal trainer in a premium health club.
  • Qualifications: REPS level 3 (or higher) personal training qualification and expertise in Reformer Pilates.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and motivational skills, with the ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of residents.
