Your Role:
As a Customer Assistant, you will be the face of Booths, providing warm and welcoming customer service to our customers. You will work in one of our departments, performing a variety of tasks, from checking stock and keeping records to looking after health and safety and food hygiene. Your main focus will be on delivering an outstanding shopping experience for our customers, and everything you do will be with their needs in mind.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive rate of pay, with advertised rates of £11.50 for 21 years and above. We also offer a range of benefits, including travel time and transport to our stores. As a member of our Lakes Store Support Team, you will be based in Carnforth, but you will be required to work from one of our North region stores as needed. Shift patterns may vary, but you will be required to work one weekend shift per week.
Requirements:
We are looking for a warm, friendly, and hardworking individual who can shine in front of our customers and fit comfortably into a close-knit team. You don't need retail experience to join our family, but you do need to be a natural when it comes to customer service. With our bespoke training, you will become an expert in delighting our customers with our warm northern welcome and creating a magical shopping experience.
