Head of Global Specialty Bids

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a small team of Bid Managers to successfully respond to Global Specialty RFPs
- Develop and implement bid strategies to drive year-on-year growth
- Collaborate with senior managers to identify and hire top talent
- Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids
- Identify trends for winning and losing bids
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of bid experience in the Financial services sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High impact presentation skills
- Project management skills
- Strong personal drive and decision-making skills
