Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Contract Manager/Project Manager to lead our projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of works, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring they are aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver projects successfully.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure projects are delivered to the required standards.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with the company's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure ongoing business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in contract management and project delivery, preferably in the property services or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and locations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with NEC forms of contract and other industry-standard contracts.
