We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Team Leader to join our team at Martin and Martin Recruitment. As an HR Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of HR operations, from onboarding and HR policy management to benefits administration, payroll, and contract changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and guide a small, dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional service to our talented and committed workforce.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of HR operations, from onboarding and HR policy management to benefits administration, payroll, and contract changes.
- Streamline, simplify, and enhance administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Design and implement new HR systems and processes to support business growth and development.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, managers, and vendors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in a professional services firm.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, processes, and policies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
