Job Opportunity

Frasers Group is seeking a skilled Photographic Assistant to join our Photography Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for elevating the department's standards and working closely with stakeholders to achieve results.

This is a fast-paced environment that requires a passion for delivering high-quality results and enhancing the customer experience. The ideal candidate will be able to identify and solve problems, add value to the business, and make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare the studio for shoots, ensuring optimal lighting and set preparations.
  • Steam garments and prepare accessories to maximize studio output.
  • Support and operate video automation units.
  • Maintain camera equipment and work in a safe, professional manner.
  • Keep studios clean and well-maintained for the team and wider business.
  • Pre-retouch imagery through tethered capture, applying color correction and presets as needed.
  • Answer phones and liaise with wider teams.
  • Perform minor administrative tasks as required by the studio.
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of photography and lighting techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of camera systems, including DSLR and mirrorless.
  • Basic knowledge of Capture One and its tools.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-organized and effective time management.
