Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and enhance management systems related to offender tracking, including VSOMS.
  • Transition manual processes to automated solutions.
  • Develop DocuSign eSignature forms and workflows that integrate with various platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth business analysis and technical evaluations.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements.
  • Gather requirements through diverse methodologies.
  • Assist in managing organizational change initiatives.
  • Lead risk assessment activities and engage in user acceptance testing.
  • Establish roles and access permissions for applications.
  • Work collaboratively with vendors to fulfill project objectives.
  • Produce training materials and deliver training sessions for end-users.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing DocuSign eSignature forms and workflows with JavaScript customization.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and capacity to foster positive working relationships.
  • Expertise in Organizational Change Management.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS solutions.
  • Comprehension of business analysis principles and risk evaluation.
  • Ability to create various requirement-related documentation.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Products and in drafting business and system requirements.
  • Notable experience in criminal justice-related projects.

This is a full-time onsite position at the VSP headquarters in North Chesterfield.
