About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Transaction Reporting Analyst to join our Transaction Reporting Control Group (TRCG), working in the Enhanced Quality Assurance Function. This role will primarily focus on collaborating with Operations, Business, Change Management, and Technology teams, as well as other stakeholders, to support business analysis and inform business requirements for changes to transaction reporting regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Support business analysis and provide transaction reporting subject matter expertise as input to change requirements to ensure completeness and accuracy of business requirements for new and changed transaction reporting regulations.
- Work with user testing teams to create test packs that verify correct implementation of reporting change requirements.
- Participate in the change management lifecycle to ensure continued compliance with reporting regulations.
We are looking for a candidate with business analysis experience, including functional requirements documentation. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to apply strategic thinking to complex organizational and business issues and translate them into practical plans for project execution.
