We are a prominent, award-winning US Law firm with a young and dynamic partnership in London. Our Corporate/Finance department is seeking two experienced Legal Secretaries/PAs to support our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage diaries, arrange meetings, and schedule conference calls to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Organize travel itineraries, prepare documents, and maintain email and document management systems.
- Assist with transaction completion processes, including scanning, photocopying, and creating completion bibles.
- Coordinate business development events, including obtaining internal approval, sourcing suppliers, and managing event logistics.
- Manage meeting rooms, assist with catering, and create Excel spreadsheets for various projects.
- Support with Legal 500 and Chambers submissions, and maintain client contact lists.
Requirements
- Strong IT skills, particularly in finance-related documents.
- Experience in Corporate or Finance Law, or a reputable firm with a desire for a new challenge.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
