Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Client and Market Specialist to drive loyalty and revenue through the development of key initiatives and campaigns. The successful candidate will collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials, monitor and analyse customer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities, and drive customer engagement through various marketing channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and sales, with a proven track record of driving sales strategies and building robust stakeholder relationships. They will be a self-starter, eager to manage multiple projects and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement key initiatives and campaigns to drive loyalty and revenue
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials
  • Monitor and analyse customer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities
  • Drive customer engagement through various marketing channels
  • Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives
  • Oversee and manage all key events for core customers
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines in all marketing initiatives
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report outcomes to stakeholders
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in marketing and sales
  • Proven track record of driving sales strategies and building robust stakeholder relationships
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
  • Possess a full, clean driver's license and car
