Job Title: Learning Coach

Total People is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Coach to join our team. As a Learning Coach, you will play a vital role in delivering training and supporting learners with high-level Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) at our Northwich site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain a caseload of learners, conducting regular interventions and ensuring evidence of learning, achievement, and Ofsted compliance.
  • Develop and deliver individualized learning programmes, working collaboratively with employers and learners to achieve their goals.
  • Plan and deliver end-point assessments, ensuring preparation and practice are included in the learning plan.
  • Deliver Maths and English (and ICT where applicable) to support learners' achievement and progress.
  • Contribute to the production of high-quality learning materials and reports, adhering to KPIs and strategic aims.
Requirements:
  • TAQA, CAVA, A1, or D32/33 Assessor Qualification or willingness to work towards.
  • Functional Skills Level 2 in English, Maths, and ICT or equivalent or willingness to work towards.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills, with experience of supporting learners with SEND.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize workload, with a track record of achieving KPIs and strategic aims.
