We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Associate Support Consultant to join our team at Manhattan Associates. As a key member of our support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction and the smooth functioning of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing and resolving functional issues that arise post-implementation in connection with supply chain software solutions.
  • Working with analysts to provide issue resolution utilizing supply chain technologies and performing testing of client-specific enhancements in a timely manner.
  • Providing exceptional client communication, testing, and issue resolution services.
  • Collaborating with our Support team in the UK to achieve these objectives.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Fluent (spoken and written) in English, with another European language a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, engineering, computer science, mathematics, or equivalent through business experience.
  • The flexibility to work at customer locations up to 30%, sometimes for prolonged engagements within the UK region.
