Actuarial Graduate Programme 2025

At Mercer, we're seeking talented individuals to join our Actuarial Graduate Programme in Edinburgh. As a Graduate Actuarial Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting senior actuaries and consultants in providing advice to defined benefit pension scheme trustees and corporate sponsors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work as part of a team to develop and deliver customised advice and solutions to clients, collaborating with investment colleagues to design strategies that help manage pensions risk.
  2. Support senior actuaries and consultants in areas such as scheme funding, individual benefits, risk management, and more.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of a 2:1 degree or be on track to achieve this. If your degree discipline is not mathematics-based, a minimum of a grade A mathematics at A level (or equivalent) will be required.
  2. English and Mathematics GCSE (Minimum Grade 4).
  3. Right to Work in the UK (we are unable to provide Visa sponsorship for this role).
