Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at The Lanes Group. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring the smooth running of our office environment, and providing administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies and equipment, coordinating meetings and appointments, and handling correspondence.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and supporting the recruitment team with administrative tasks.
  • Financial Management: Handle invoicing, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Office Environment: Create and maintain a welcoming office environment for both employees and visitors.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
