About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Mamas & Papas in Farnborough. As a key ambassador for our brand, you will play a vital role in creating magical moments for our customers and community of new and expectant parents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, including store experience and achieving store KPIs.
  • Manage a team of Supervisors and Sales Assistants, motivating and inspiring them to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Support the development of the team, leading by example and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
