About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Pets at Home Group Plc. As a key member of the store management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be a vital member of the store management team, responsible for the day-to-day running of the store.
  • You will be involved in recruitment, stock control, and store standards, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
  • You will lead from the front with a hands-on approach, inspiring your team to maximize sales and performance across all primary KPIs.
  • You will be responsible for creating a fantastic place to shop and work, with a focus on customer service and team engagement.
