About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Trainee ACP, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Trainee ACP, you will be responsible for providing advanced patient-centred care, working under supervision to develop your skills in assessment, examination, diagnosis, and treatment. You will also assist in the safe assessment, management, referral, and discharge of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed presentations.
Person Specification
We are looking for a candidate with a degree-level registration qualification or equivalent post-registration award, and experience of working within Urgent Care. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to motivate individuals and teams, and have a high level of capability using outcome measures and audit.
