About Us: Dr Stuart Psychologists is a reputable referral service dedicated to providing high-quality mental health services to children, teenagers, and adults. We are seeking a skilled Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our team.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based psychological interventions for clients with a range of presenting problems, including anxiety, trauma, depression, OCD, and health anxiety.
- Develop and maintain a steady stream of referrals from private health providers, including Bupa and other UK-based health insurance companies.
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in clinical and counselling psychology.
Requirements:
- Chartered Psychologist status with the British Psychological Society (BPS).
- Doctorate in Clinical or Counselling Psychology from a UK university.
- BABCP accreditation or a specific post-doctoral CBT training.
- Recognition by all UK private health providers.
- Self-employment status.
