Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our guest units, ensuring that every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and restocking amenities
  • Ensure all furniture, appliances, and amenities are clean and in working order
  • Restock apartments with soaps, shampoos, and other essentials
  • Realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout
  • Ensure lobbies, office spaces, and public areas are cleaned to Sonder standards
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned
  • Restock Housekeeping carts/closets with linens and consumables
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage to Sonder property
Requirements
  • Previous housekeeping experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
  • Knowledge of sanitation products, cleaning techniques, and methods
  • Working knowledge of operating cleaning equipment
  • Physical stamina and mobility, including ability to reach, kneel, and bend
  • Flexible schedule and open to working evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift/carry items up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
