As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the payroll cycle, including:

  • Processing employee salaries and wages
  • Calculating and remitting taxes and other deductions
  • Maintaining accurate payroll records
  • Generating payroll reports
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of payroll principles and procedures, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, salary details, and deductions.
  • Generate and distribute payroll reports to management.
  • Investigate and resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in payroll processing.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
