Grade 3 SP 7-10 (£24,293 - £25,979 / Actual £19,215 - £20,549)

Job Requirements:

We are seeking a dedicated Education Support Professional to support learning across Years 7 to 11, both in the classroom, and in small group interventions within our specialist Cognition and Learning Hub. The ideal candidate will have achieved at least a C grade in GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent, and have previous experience of working with children with additional needs, ideally in a secondary school setting. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively as part of a team, enjoy working with children, and demonstrate our values: Kindness, Responsibility, Courage.

This role can be an excellent platform to gain experience prior to teacher training or to gain experience for specialist roles as well as develop within the role.
