Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert in a specific area of the production line
  • Execute maintenance tasks as per established schedules
  • Provide swift responses to equipment failures
  • Engage effectively with management and operational teams
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Detect and report any operational issues
  • Employ basic troubleshooting techniques
  • Order necessary parts and materials

Requirements:

  • Completion of an Engineering Apprenticeship
  • Possession of an NVQ in electrical or mechanical engineering
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in an engineering role
  • Self-driven with excellent communication abilities
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic work environment

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in food manufacturing
  • Certification in IEE 17th or 18th Edition
  • Familiarity with PLC systems
  • Knowledge of refrigeration systems
