About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a small Primary school in RCT. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with the class teacher to provide support to pupils aged 3-11 with additional learning needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow lesson plans set by the class teacher and deliver literacy and numeracy sessions
  • Record pupil progress and liaise with the class teacher to create lesson materials for the following day
Requirements
  • Experience working with pupils aged 3-11 with additional learning needs
  • At least 40 days of experience working in a Primary school or similar educational setting over the last 2 years
