We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Therapy Support Professional to join our Community Health and Social Care team in Barnstaple, North Devon. Main Responsibilities
  • Support patients with mobility and home exercise programs, small equipment aids, and functional tasks around the home.

  • Document patient interactions and progress in our electronic patient recording system.
