Job Objective
Delivers engineering solutions as a member of a Subsea project taskforce, adhering to TechnipFMC standards, protocols, processes, timelines, and budgetary constraints, with a continuous focus on quality, objectives, and client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
Operates in alignment with departmental and/or project directives, schedules, processes, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards:
- Conducts technically accurate engineering assessments
- Develops optimized engineering solutions
- Provides technical support within projects, as well as at manufacturing, fabrication, and installation sites.
- Prepares and disseminates technical specifications and reports pertinent to personal activities within Subsea projects and/or operations.
- Oversees the work of less experienced engineering staff by reviewing their calculations, design concepts, and engineering solutions, ensuring the quality and efficiency of deliverables.
- Engages in the design foundation for projects and/or manufacturing operations.
- Collaborates with other engineering disciplines and potentially with project functional areas, such as procurement and planning.
You are a suitable candidate if you possess:
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent, with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
- A solid technical foundation in engineering
- Skills in project management
- Proficiency in presentation and some mentoring abilities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
- A service/customer-oriented mindset
- The ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
- Proficient command of the English language
