Project Engineer - Industrial Water Systems

Coyle Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join their team in the Industrial Water Systems sector. Our client is a leading player in municipal wastewater treatment and waste-to-energy plant construction, utilizing a range of source materials to minimize CO2 emissions and operating costs.

The successful candidate will have experience and/or qualifications in a relevant engineering discipline, preferably mechanical engineering. While experience in project engineering for water/wastewater projects is advantageous, we are open to considering newly qualified engineers.

This role will involve specifying and purchasing equipment, progressing its manufacture and delivery, ensuring quality and compliance with company and client specifications. The successful candidate will also be responsible for producing contract documentation, health and safety documentation, and providing technical support to clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Specifying equipment requirements and ensuring quality and compliance
  • Producing contract documentation, including equipment schedules and data sheets
  • Creating health and safety documentation, including risk assessments and method statements
  • Providing technical support to clients, including on-site commissioning and electrical checks
  • Assisting in the development and sales of new water and wastewater treatment products and technologies

Training will be provided as necessary, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic and rapidly expanding sector. A valid passport is essential for this role, as international travel may be required.
