About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef to join our team in Weston-super-Mare. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality dishes that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to our high standards
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency
  • Participate in menu planning and development to drive sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements
  • Previous kitchen experience, either as a Kitchen Porter/Kitchen Assistant/Commis Chef, or a willingness to learn and develop your skills
  • Driven and relentless, with a positive can-do attitude
  • Good communication skills and a team player
  • Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision
  • Strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to all things allergens, kitchen essentials, and food safety
