Main Responsibilities
As an active member of the support team, your duties will include:
- Providing technical assistance to customers and employees via various communication channels
- Resolving technical issues and providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
- Logging and prioritizing support calls within our Support Desk platform
- Providing remote administration and management of equipment, devices, and software
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and adhering to strict policies and information governance
- Creating and maintaining internal and end-user documentation and knowledgebase
- Supporting colleagues as required and deputizing for the Senior Support Specialist when needed

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in 1st or 2nd line IT support
- Extensive customer service experience, including over the telephone and in-person
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel confidently
- Ability to use spreadsheet and email applications
- Fundamental networking skills, including WiFi and Bluetooth
- Experience of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and group policy
- Fantastic problem-solving skills along with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to learn quickly and master bespoke software and hardware
