Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Professional Negligence Team, working on high-quality cases for insurers arising from professional indemnity claims.

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced lawyers who are experts in their field, handling a variety of cases including construction and solicitor claims, accountants, insurance brokers, vets, and independent financial advisers.

The successful candidate will work closely with Partners on multi-million-pound claims, with opportunities for career progression and managing their own case load.

The role will involve claims pre-action, mediation, adjudication, and litigation or arbitration.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with experience in professional negligence claims or construction
  • Ability to work to deadlines/targets, prioritise, and manage a varied caseload
  • Strong legal and leadership skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Professional and effective communication with individuals and businesses
