About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative nurse to join our Patch CCN team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Paediatric Asthma. This is a fixed-term position for 12 months to cover maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver specialist pathways of care for children with Asthma, working with care providers in Lambeth and Southwark and wider South-East London ICS.
  • Act as a lead specialist, providing specialist advice, education, and support to healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of clinical practice, research, and standards of care within the service, including development of policies, protocols, and guidelines.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of service users, promoting dignity and human rights through person-centred care principles.
