We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Porter at The Belfry Hotel & Resort. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchens and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Complete daily cleaning schedules to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and surrounding areas.
- Clean and maintain all kitchen utensils, china, cutlery, and equipment, storing them in a tidy and safe manner.
- Assist with setting up buffets and kitchen service, and perform other duties as necessary to ensure the efficient operation of the kitchen.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a busy kitchen environment is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and on own initiative.
- Knowledge of food and health and safety regulations is advantageous.
