About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our team at The Belfry Hotel and Resorts. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that our chefs have a safe and efficient working environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Complete a daily schedule of cleaning tasks to maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and surrounding areas.
- Clean and maintain all kitchen utensils, china, cutlery, and equipment, storing them in a tidy and safe manner.
- Clean floors, tables, and other surfaces in the kitchen and preparation rooms, setting up buffets and kitchen service as required.
- Assist with other duties as necessary, working efficiently and professionally in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
About You
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has a positive approach to their work. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential, as we offer comprehensive training to our team members.
