We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team at Clear IT Recruitment Limited. As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients with their bookkeeping needs.


The Role:

  • Provide expert bookkeeping services to clients, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing regular financial reports and analysis.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify areas for improvement in their financial management.
  • Develop and implement effective financial systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Train and support junior staff in bookkeeping and financial procedures.
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns for clients, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses extensive experience in bookkeeping, preferably within a practice or accounting firm.
  • Has expertise in various bookkeeping software, including QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and DEXT.
  • Is highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Is self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
