We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team at Clear IT Recruitment Limited. As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients with their bookkeeping needs.
The Role:
- Provide expert bookkeeping services to clients, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing regular financial reports and analysis.
- Collaborate with clients to identify areas for improvement in their financial management.
- Develop and implement effective financial systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Train and support junior staff in bookkeeping and financial procedures.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns for clients, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Possesses extensive experience in bookkeeping, preferably within a practice or accounting firm.
- Has expertise in various bookkeeping software, including QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and DEXT.
- Is highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Is self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
