Your responsibilities
You will be pivotal in identifying and managing talent pools for specific skill shortages and gaps. Your main focus will be on sourcing passive candidates through various channels, ensuring that the quality and diversity of the talent pools align with our long-term objectives and inclusion initiatives. Utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, you will build and maintain robust relationships with the external talent market, pre-engaging potential candidates in line with our brand ethos and employee value proposition. Throughout the recruitment journey, you will deliver exceptional customer service, support the broader recruitment team, and uphold a positive employer brand. As a Talent Acquisition Research Specialist, you will exhibit a strong enthusiasm for candidate sourcing, networking, and service delivery, while remaining current with innovations in attraction methodologies.

You are a seasoned recruitment professional passionate about sourcing top-tier talent and establishing strong relationships within the external talent market. With a solid grasp of recruitment best practices and a commitment to staying abreast of new attraction methodologies, you excel in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. Your proficiency in market analysis and talent pooling, combined with your sound judgment and collaborative spirit, empowers you to identify and engage with passive candidates who align with our long-term talent pipelines and diversity goals. With a strong dedication to providing outstanding customer service and a focus on achieving business objectives, you play a crucial role in supporting the broader recruitment team and ensuring the overall effectiveness of our talent acquisition strategy.

Key qualifications

  • Proven recruitment experience and a solid understanding of recruitment best practices in the external marketplace, including Talent Pooling and Market Analysis.
  • A strong enthusiasm for candidate sourcing, networking, and service delivery.
  • Familiarity with resourcing technologies and social networking to build candidate/talent pools across various sectors.
  • A desire to enhance knowledge and commercial awareness while keeping up with new innovations in attraction methodologies.
  • Excellent judgment and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Confidence in engaging with candidates while demonstrating a commitment to diversity and inclusion in all approaches.
