Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of our real estate projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
    • Monitor project budgets, ensuring that all expenditures are tracked and remain within approved limits.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Oversee the quality of work performed by contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Risk Management
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
  • Contract Management
    • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
  • Project Coordination
    • Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience
    • Relevant years of experience in project management within the real estate sector, with a strong background in managing both commercial and residential projects.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Comprehensive understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail.
    • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
