Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Gloucestershire House, a purpose-built facility providing care and support to adults with physical disabilities.
As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and independence of our customers, providing assistance with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
You will also be responsible for escorting and assisting customers in and around the service, as well as supporting our Person Centred approach, which encourages maximum independence and helps achieve individual aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
- Escort and assist customers in and around the service.

- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Flexibility and creativity in working with customers and their families.
- Personal care experience (desirable).
- Ability to work under pressure and as a team.
- Flexibility to work within rostered hours and participate in an on-call rota (if required).
