Position Summary:
We are looking for an Accounts Support Specialist to join the finance team on a part-time basis. This role is office-based and offers a temporary contract with potential for permanent placement.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Accounts Support Specialist, you will report directly to the Financial Controller and be tasked with managing the transactional finance operations of the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing invoices efficiently
- Conducting bank reconciliations
- Addressing supplier inquiries
- Generating and dispatching receivable invoices
- Following up on outstanding receivable payments
- Performing administrative tasks such as data collection and handling phone inquiries
